About The Role:

We are recruiting for a proactive Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role empowers you with the responsibility to maintain relations with our Vendors, Customer Service and Field Team. You will need to have strong leadership, communication skills and the personality to drive our business development forward.

Responsibilities:

· Coordination of day-to-day operations ensuring the teams across KSA have all of their tasks and the tasks are being prioritised and completed.

· Management of internal and external correspondence into the operations team;

· Ensure to report all internal processes for any potential irregularities;

· Ensure effective communication between the management, field team, and customer service for smooth operations and customer satisfaction;

· Show flexibility to support the different needs of the business in relation to the operations;

· Support with escalations when required, assuring customer satisfaction and operations readiness are secure;

· Ensure vehicles registration, parking cards application and renewals;

· Fleet management: supporting onboarding, de fleeting and any other fleet management duties.

· Being flexible to any other requests that come in from operations managers

Requirements:

· Administrative with automotive experience is preferred;

· Ability to thrive in a team-based environment;

· Great problem-solving skills, and strong ability to take initiative and be proactive;

· Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines;

· Confident in learning and adapting to multiple technologies;

· Able to communicate, read, and write effectively in English language;

· Strong knowledge of MS Office including Excel V-Look Ups and Pivots.
