Sales Representative

Responsible for the first point of contact for potential new clients for Udrive and must be able to respond to all information about the products Udrive offers. Responsible to obtain better brand recognition and financial growth. Take a lead role in developing new-business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & develop growth strategy:

Research prospective accounts in target markets, set goals and develop and propose new market/business and revenue growth including growth areas, customers, partnership, business models etc.

Understanding customer needs and respond with solutions

Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

Generate Leads:

Develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets

Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new-venture integration

Prepare and deliver pitches to potential investors

Contacting potential clients and holding presentations and demonstrations for potential clients

  • Generate leads and cold call prospective customers and leading them through the sales cycle
  • Able to liase with potential clients and implement new target market initiatives
  • Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
  • Responsible to set goals for the business development team and develop strategy to meet the same.
  • Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively and build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Prepare  contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guideline
  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers, and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy

    Other Task-

Ensure team development are in line with business growth

Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities.

Training business development staff

Attending conferences and industry events

Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations

The following experience is relevant to us

Bachelor’s degree in management

Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales & marketing role etc 

Strong communication, presentation and organizational skill

Ability to influence and negotiate with others

Creative and strategic thinking
