We're looking for an Intern to assist with document management tasks, including organizing files, tracking records, and updating data in Excel. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, computer literate, and understands the importance of confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Organize and maintain both digital and physical documents in an orderly and efficient manner
2. Create and update file tracking systems using Excel or Google Sheets
3. Label, file, and archive records according to company protocols
4. Assist in retrieving documents or data as requested by team members
5. Ensure all confidential files and information are handled with strict privacy
6. Perform regular audits to ensure all files are up to date and correctly stored
7. Provide administrative support to other departments when needed
8. Support in preparing reports, summaries, or logs related to document handling
Ideal Candidate:
Proactive and organized with strong attention to detail
Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
Able to work independently and manage time efficiently
Maintains a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
Eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced work environment
