Purpose:
Responsible for creating and executing ad campaigns, planning the media budget provided on monthly and quarterly basis & will be spreading this budget across digital/online channels to maximize revenue and conversions. Responsible for management of digital accounts and to drive business growth by creating and delivering advertising campaigns across different platforms and markets
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide ideas for ad campaigns, writing and creating the campaigns and monitoring the success
End-to-end management of performance marketing activity along with updates to Manager across Paid Social channels.
Inhouse control over our media channels and campaigns to develop, implement and monitor campaigns.
Work with Digital Marketing to ensure messaging across all channels are consistent and aligned.
Drive targeted audiences and segmentation strategy across key channels to acquire register and use the product in a cost-efficient way
Identify, share and suggest best practice throughout the industry
Exploration of new channels beneficial to the business-like media/channel/technology usage etc
Create roadmaps and enforce policies to ensure on-time delivery
Support with e-commerce and website management.
Track and report on key performance indicators of media activity.
Track and maintain performance framework and benchmarks to measure effectiveness of digital media and gather insights towards creating best practices.
Lead overall martech/adtech matters (Tagging, Tech Stack, DSP testing) with HQ.
Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
2-3 years' experience in performance marketing or direct response marketing
Expert in search platforms including; Google AdWords, Bing Ads, SA360, Paid Social, Paid & Organic Search
Have strong knowledge of social media, online marketing, e-commerce and the digital landscape.
Worked with CDP Tools
Strong focus on customer acquisition and managing performance marketing channels
Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
Experience working on a Performance Media (SEM and Social) strategy
Strong analytical skills and data driven approach
Attention to detail, teamwork,
Ability to gather large amounts of data and convert it into meaningful analysis.
Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills.
