Outbound telecalling/telemarketing activities to influence customer acquisition, conversions & upsell/cross-sell activities
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
• Calling prospective clients & encourage to register or promote the other products
• Contacting existing customers to resolve issues related to the products and services.
• Pro-actively suggesting solutions based on customer’s behaviours.
• Calling active or old customers to encourage re-purchase, revival of account or other revenue
• Reaching potential clients to advise them new promotions or administration utilizing pre-
High school diploma or equivalent
Min 1 yr experience as Telecaller, TeleMarketer, Sales representative or other customer service role
Good knowledge of computer programs like (CRM software) and other telephone systems
Exceptional oral and interpersonal skills. (Arabic & English)
Proven experience of Sales & Rapport building skills
