Telemarketing Executive

Work Type: Full Time
Outbound telecalling/telemarketing activities to influence customer acquisition, conversions & upsell/cross-sell activities

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

    Calling prospective clients & encourage to register or promote the other products
    Contacting existing customers to resolve issues related to the products and services.
    Pro-actively suggesting solutions based on customer’s behaviours.
    Calling active or old customers to encourage re-purchase, revival of account or other revenue
      generation activities
    Reaching potential clients to advise them new promotions or administration utilizing pre-
      defined scripts


High school diploma or equivalent
Min 1 yr experience as Telecaller, TeleMarketer, Sales representative or other customer service role

      Good knowledge of computer programs like (CRM software) and other telephone systems

Soft Skills

       Exceptional oral and interpersonal skills. (Arabic & English)

       Proven experience of Sales & Rapport building skills
