Job Purpose:
The Performance Marketing Executive will be responsible for running day-to-day digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta Ads and Google Ads. The role focuses on execution, optimization, and reporting to support user acquisition and brand visibility for Udrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution & Optimization
Execute and monitor paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube).
Optimize ads for better reach, engagement, and conversions.
Assist in preparing ad copies, creatives, and audience targeting based on campaign objectives.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track daily campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and internal dashboards.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports highlighting key metrics, insights, and areas for improvement.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.
Budget & Coordination
Support in managing daily ad spends within approved budgets.
Coordinate with designers, content teams, and external partners for timely campaign delivery.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and competitors’ online activities.
Provide input on new ideas, tools, and opportunities for campaign improvement.
