Summary:
We are looking for a social-savvy creator to enhance our messaging and help us build meaningful connections with our potential audience and existing customers. We are seeking a content creator who is specifically proficient in writing and optimizing content in English and Arabic i.e. research, write and proofread all messaging.
Core Responsibilities:
- Write clear and engaging marketing copy to promote Udrive as the preferred choice of brand.
- Ideate content approaches with other strategists, designers and key stakeholders across Brand, Performance Marketing, Partnerships and Customer Experience.
- Understand our targeted audience in order to resonate with them with the copies written
- Staying on top of trends and trending content (Social Media and Key events)
- Support CRM comms with content/copywriting for Push & In-app notifications, emails, sms etc.
- Identify customers' needs and gaps in our content and recommend new comms
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams for artwork & marketing asset development
- Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase social media and web traffic.
Relevant experience-
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
- 2-3 years' experience in content creation either in an agency or app driven business
- Strong hold over English & Arabic languages (Spoken/Written)
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and publishing tools
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills
- Strong communication / stakeholder collaborations skills
- Knowledgeable about various social media platforms
- Ability work independently
- Highly organized
