- Responsible to enter all the customers details and account data from source documents within time limits in the police & RTA system
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible to prepare, compiles, and sorts documents for data entry.
- Responsible to verify and logs receipt of data and transcribe source data into the required electronic format.
- Responsible to enter the customer details including Emirates ID, Driving License, car plate no. rental time and car usage stoppage time in the police& RTA system
- Responsible to compile and verify accuracy of the customers details entered in the system
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations.
- Keep information confidential
- Comply with data integrity and security policies.
Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- Certificate of Data Entry Operator
- Strong computer skills.
- Good Communication skills
- Ability to think analytically
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Good technical knowledge
- Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
- Computer literacy would be an added advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
